How can water assist in weightloss?

Drinking Water First we need to address the obvious, you can’t eat too much when you’re already full. Dieters that drink two cups of water before each meal lose 5 lbs. more than non water drinkers over three months.

Water also prevents dehydration. Dehydration is one of your bodies worst enemies. Dehydration not only slows down your metabolism, slow your digestion and frankly it is horrible on your skin. Skin tends to age quicker without the appropriate moisture. Your skin can be moist and still dehydrated. This also slows your cells turnover rate (CTR) when your skin cells don’t slough and generate new cells, wrinkles are amplified.

Showering or bathing in cold water Cold water increases your metabolic rate because your body keeps regulating itself. Keep the shower short and slightly incomfortable, this will not only affect your metabolism but it will waken your mind.
